本文对Carreau流体经波纹管的蠕动流的阻力特性用差分方法作了数值求解。先施行坐标变换,提出一种保证周期性条件的混合迭代法,能较快得到问题的收敛解。流体的物质参数以及流动区域的几何参数对流动阻力特性的影响作了讨论,同时指出了直径均匀的毛管模型作为渗流模型的不足之处。 相似文献

The thermal contact resistance is a principal parameter interfering with heat transfer in a fin–tube heat exchanger. However, the thermal contact resistance in the interface between tubes and fins has not been clearly investigated. The objective of the present study is to examine the thermal contact conductance for various fin–tube heat exchangers with tube diameter of 9.52 mm and to find a correlation between the thermal contact conductance and effective factors such as expansion ratio, fin type, fin spacing and hydrophilic coating. In this study, experiments have been conducted only to measure heat transfer rate between hot and cold water. To minimize heat loss to the ambient air by the natural convection fin–tube heat exchangers have been placed in an insulated vacuum chamber. Also, a numerical scheme has been employed to calculate the thermal contact conductance with the experimental data. As a result, a new correlation including the influences of expansion ratio, slit of fin and fin coating has been introduced, and the portion of each thermal resistance has been estimated in the fin–tube heat exchangers with 9.52 mm tube. 相似文献

A novel dynamic compressive experimental technique has been developed based on a split Hopkinson pressure bar. This new method
dynamically loads the ceramic specimen by two consecutive stress pulses. The first pulse determines the dynamic response of
the intact ceramic materiaal and then crushes the specimen, and the second pulse determines the dynamic compressive constitutive
behavior of the ceramic rubble. Precise pulse shaping ensures that the specimen deforms at nearly constant strain rates under
dynamic stress equilibrium during the loading by both stress pulses. Pulse shaping also controls the amplitudes of loading
pulses, the values of strain rates, the maximum strains in the rubble specimens, and the proper separation time between the
two loading pulses. The feasibility of the new technique is demonstrated by the experimental results obtained on an AD995

介绍了用激波和压缩气体加速液柱时的流体动力现象的实验研究,实验中采用了高速摄影技术。研究分为两部分:第一部分,液柱在被加速后在管内的气/液两相流的发展以及流出管外后喷雾流的形成,喷雾流自下而上产生;第二部分,气/液界面上的流体力学不稳定性,即Rayleigh Taylor(RT)不稳定性及Richt myer Meshkov(RM)不稳定性,液柱自上而下运动。实验发现,用此方法产生的喷雾具有流量大、射程远、覆盖面积大等特点。液柱在管内的加速过程中,上端面保持平面,下端面在经历了初始的不稳定性之后形成弹状流。在本实验的驱动压力及马赫数的范围内,RT和RM不稳定性的后期的发展过程比较接近,尽管两者的增长率不同。在RT不稳定性的初始阶段,高密度流体的尖钉先伸入低密度流体中;但是,在RM不稳定性的初始阶段,低密度的气泡先伸入高密度流体中。 相似文献

Evaporation of groundwater in a region with a shallow water table and small natural replenishment causes accumulation of salts near the ground surface. Water in the upper soil layer becomes denser than in the depth. This is a potentially unstable situation which may result in convective currents. When free convection takes place, estimates of the salinity profile, salt precipitation rate, etc., obtained within the framework of a 1-D (vertical) model fail.Very simplified model of the process is proposed, in which the unsaturated zone is represented by a horizontal soil layer at a constant water saturation, and temperature changes are neglected. The purpose of the model is to obtain a rough estimate of the role of natural convection in the salinization process.A linear stability analysis of a uniform vertical flow is given, and the stability limit is determined numerically as a function of evaporation rate, salt concentration in groundwater, and porous medium dispersivity. The loss of stability corresponds to quite realistic Rayleigh numbers. The stability limit depends in nonmonotonic way on the evaporation rate.The developed convective regime was simulated numerically for a 2-D vertical domain, using finite volume element discretization and FAS multigrid solver. The dependence of the average salt concentration in the upper layer on the Rayleigh number was obtained.List of Main Symbols

The convection of a heat-conducting viscous liquid is considered. It is assumed that the liquid density depends quadratically
on the temperature and pressure. The instability of the equilibrium state of a free-boundary horizontal layer with respect
to small perturbations is studied using a linearization method. It is found that the state of mechanical equilibrium is unstable.
Neutral curves are constructed and the critical Rayleigh numbers are found. The results are compared with the well-known solution
of the same problem for the limiting case where the density is a quadratic function of temperature and does not depend on
pressure.
